Great crimson colour, a bouquet stacked with satsuma plum fruit, a palate with exceptional weight and concentration. Vinocide not to give the wine a minimum of 3 years maturation.
The Macedon Ranges welcomes warm vintages, the very cool nights slowing the ripening and retaining acid levels. This is a vibrantly fresh and lively wine, wild fermented in French oak (10% new), leaving the delicious nectarine and citrus fruit firmly in command, braced by natural acidity.

Cashew nut, nectarine and peach aromas, fresh and clean and bright. The palate is tense and fine, bright and pristine with good length and seamless profile. A fine wine indeed.
